ID Quantique公司的ID100系列紧、凑经济型单光子计数模块,具有优异的时间分辨率(用于TCSPC应用)和低死时间。基于可靠的硅雪崩光电二极管在可见光谱范围内的灵敏度,该模块能够探测到低至单光子水平的微弱光信号。在只有40 ps的时间分辨率和45 ns的死时间下,该模块在所有需要单光子探测的高精度定时应用中提供优异的性能。ID100具有特别好的定时稳定性,计数率可达20MHz。
ID101系列是目标OEM应用的特小尺寸可见光的光子计数器。它由一个标准的TO5或TO8的光电封装、一个直径50微米的单光子APD和一个安装在热电制冷器上的快淬电子器件组成。
ID120是自由空间模块,被动淬灭,探测效率值在800纳米左右。模块的主要优点是量子效率高达80%,有效面积大,设置可调。
