C9920-02G,C9920-03G型量子效率测量系统采用了光致发光法(photoluminescence)来快速而准确地测定量子效率。该系统装置包括一个激发电源、一个单色仪、一个氮气流积分球和一个同步探测整个谱域的CCD光谱仪。专用软件易于操作。两种样品夹持器能用于薄膜、粉末,比色皿能用于液体样品。这使得C9920-03G系统能用于多种领域,包括工业、生物和学术研究等。
