铌酸锂(LiNbO3)晶体是重要的光电材料,是集成光学、非线性光学、光电子元器件等领域中应用广泛,重要的基片材料之一。目前,铌酸锂晶体被广泛应用在声表面波、、激光调Q、光陀螺、光参量振荡、光参量放大、光全息存储等器件中,这些器件在手机、电视机、光通讯、激光测距、电场探测器等器件中发挥着重要的作用。
我们生产的铌酸锂单晶薄膜,其晶格结构为单晶,保持了体材料的物理性质,直径为3英寸,上层铌酸锂单晶薄膜厚度为0.3-0.7微米,中层是1微米厚二氧化硅(SiO2), 下面是0.5毫米厚铌酸锂晶片衬底。

The size of the devices made on our products could be reduced more than one million times, the integrated level would be greatly enhanced, the consumption of the power would be lower, the performance would be more stable,meanwhile, the cost would be reduced greatly.
2.High-density data storage. the capacity of a piece of lithium tantalate thin film can reach to 70 Tbit, the equivalent of 100,000 CD.
