本系列电阻炉可供实验室，工矿企业、科研单位等做元素分析测定，小型钢件及其它金属热处理时加热用。本系列电阻炉配有温度控制器和测温用的热电偶，由我公司成套供应。

Ⅰ、Uses

These resistance furnaces may be used for analysis and measurement of elements in laboratories, industrial and mineral enterprises, and scientific institutes, as well as for heating small steels and other metals.

We supply temperature controllers and thermocouples（as a thermometer）affiliated to the furnaces.

三、 结构概述

本系列电阻炉外壳由冷轧钢板焊接而成，炉门采用侧开式结构，开启灵活。内部保温材料选用0.4-0.6轻质保温砖和硅酸铝纤维棉，使其蓄热量和导热系数减小。致使工作室蓄热量大，升温时间短，仪器仪表面温升低，空炉损耗功率和耗电量大大降低。

中温箱式炉采用封闭型工作室，以电热合金丝为发热元件制成螺旋形状后，绕于工作室四壁之中，加热时炉温均匀，延长了使用寿命。

高温管式电阻炉工作室采用耐高温燃烧管，以硅碳棒作为加热元件，在工作室外套内安装，热效率高。

Ⅲ. Structure Introduction

These resistance furnaces are of welded shell in selected cold-rolled steel and flexible side-open door. Heat insulating part inside is made of light insulating bricks（0.4-0.6）and alumino-silicate fiber cotton with decreased pocketed heat and thermal coefficient. The workshop, therefore, enjoys great heat accumulation and swift warming, while the furnace surface has low exotherm and much reduced power consumption and loss.

Moderate cabinet-type resistance furnace adopts enclosed workshop on whose walls spiral electrothermal alloy wires wound around as heating components. In this way, furnace temperature is made so even in hearing that its service life extends.

The workshop of high-temper tube-type resistance furnace introduces refractory combustion tubes, as well as silicon carbide rods as heating components installed in the outer coat of the workshop with high thermal efficiency.

四、 安装说明

1、 打开包装后，检查电阻炉是否完整无损，配件是否齐全。

2、 将本系列电阻炉置于室内干燥处的平台上或工作台上，并处于水平状态控制器应避免震动。控制器放置位置与电阻炉不宜太近，防止过热而使内部元件不能正常工作。

3、 中温电阻炉安装使用：（适用2.5-10、 4-10、 8-10、 12-10、 2.5-12、 5-12、 10-12、 型箱式炉）

① 中温电炉不需要特殊安装。只需平放在室内平整的地面或工作台上。控制器应避免震动，其位置不得与电炉太近，放置过热而使电子件不能正常工作。

② 热电偶插入电阻炉内，其缝隙必须用石棉绳填塞。

③ 用户根据所选用电阻炉和控制器型号，按接线图连接电源线，电路线，热电偶线（注意正负极不得接反）。在电源引入处需另装电源开关以便控制电源。为了操作者的安全，电炉与控制器必须装有可靠接地。

4、 高温电炉安装使用：（适用2.5-13、 2-13、 4-13、 6-13、 8-13型箱式炉），高温电阻炉以硅碳棒为加热元件，硅碳棒为易损件，在出厂前未安装在电炉上，并且用木盒另行包装，防止在运输过程中发生震动、碰撞使其折断、损坏。敬请谅解。在使用前，将装有硅碳棒木盒从包装内轻轻取出，并轻轻打开。硅碳棒安装时应检查碳棒孔通畅后小心安装，如不通顺可用配套铁管将其孔扩大一些。将硅碳棒插入碳棒孔后，硅碳棒两端需加装石棉垫，然后按照说明书后面的连线图，用碳棒夹与硅碳棒连接可靠。

5、 电炉安装完毕后，必须清除炉内杂物，然后按接线图检查是否正确，螺丝有无松动，确认无误后方可送电，送电后将控温仪表上的设定旋钮调至所需温度。如控温仪表为数显表，则将仪表上的转换开关拨至“设定”，然后调节设定旋钮设定温度，温度设定后将转换开关拨至“显示”，此时升温开始，设定完毕。

Ⅳ.Installation and Use

1. Check if the resistance furnace is intact with necessary accessories soon as you open its packaging.

2. Keep the furnace dry and in a level condition on a platform indoor: the controller shall be guarded from vibration and placed not too near the furnace, and otherwise it is likely to out of work for inner parts’ overheating.

3. The vulnerable silicon carbide rod is not installed in the resistance furnace by factory but separay packed in a wooden box against possible vibration, snaps from collision, and damages in transportation. Please take out the box gently from packing and open it gently; Check whether the silicon carbide rod’ s hole smooth, and if any just expand it with a silicon drill. Then plug in the rod according to the connection diagram hereto and tie it firmly to the carbide rod clamp.

4. Plug the thermocouple 20-50mm inside the workshop, and connect it with extension wire to the controller. Incorrect linkup of negative and positive and positive poles is net allowed.

5. Connect circuits up correctly and bring the furnace into operation according too the controller instruction.

五、 维护及注意事项  Ⅴ.Maintenance and Instructions

1、 当电阻炉*次使用或长期停用后，再次使用时，必须进行烘炉。

⑴Baking furnace is must before its first-time operation or reuse after a long time out-of-work.

2、 箱式炉及控制器必须放在室内平整的地面或工作台上。控制器应避免震动，其位置不应该与电阻炉太近，防止过热而使电子件不能正常工作。

3、 将热电偶插入电阻炉内，其缝隙必须用石棉绳填塞。

4、 硅碳棒高温电阻炉在正常功率使用时，温度升至800℃左右，可以适当加大电炉功率（调节控制器输出旋钮），达到所需温度后，再调至到标准功率，切忌长时间超功率使用。

5、 必须安装接地线。

6、 热电偶不要在高温下骤然拔出或插入，以防外套管爆裂。

7、 经常保持工作室清洁，及时清除工作室内的氧化物。

8、 注意炉门开启结构，装卸料须谨慎，避免损坏硅碳棒。

9、 注意硅碳棒和碳棒卡子的紧固，定期进行检查线卡的接触，螺丝松紧情况。

10、 带有碱性的物质，如碱、碱土、重金属的氧化物、以及低熔点的硅酸盐等，在高温时对硅碳棒有氧化作用。

11、 空气及碳酸气在高温时对硅碳棒氧化反应主要表现在增加硅碳棒的电阻。

12、 必须隔绝水蒸气的侵入。

13、 氯和氯化氢在高温时会分解硅碳棒。

14、 硅碳棒因使用时间长而产生老化。其阻值相对增加，控制器旋钮调节至zui大输出，仍达不到额定功率，此时可与我公司改变连接方法，或更换新的硅碳棒。

15、 若在硅碳棒使用中折断，则需要更换相同阻值的硅碳棒或与硅碳棒阻值误差在20％的硅碳棒。

⑵The high-temper electric resistance furnaces with siliconite, when at approximay 800℃ under normal power, may be turned up by output knob on controller, and bake to nominal power at required temperature, but on overpower use shall de recommended.

⑶Earth wire shall be buried. 

⑷Do not suddenly draw out or insert the thermocouple against sudden crack to the socket.

⑸Keep the workshop clean and get rid of oxides timely.

⑹Handle stuffs carefully with right opening furnace port to avoid damages to silicon carbide rods.

⑺Pay attention to the fastening of silicon carbide rods and clips and tightness of screws, and take regular checking.

⑻The alkaline substances such as alkali, alkali soil, oxides of heavy metals, and the silicates with low melting-point, act to oxidize the silicon carbide rods under high temperature.

⑼The oxidizing action of air and carbonation gas to the silicon carbide rods under high temperature works to increase their electric resistance.

⑽ Vapor mast be excluded out.

⑾Chlorine and hydrogen chloride will decompose the silicon carbide rods under high temperature. 

⑿The silicon carbide rods may take on much higher resistance with service age when the knob on the controller can be turned up at the maximum output, and if otherwise still under nominal power, users shall contact us to change connection mode or change for new rods.

⒀In case of break-offs, the silicon carbide rods shall be replaced by new ones of the same resistance or of 20％ more or less the same resistance.

六、 故障检修

1、 打开电源开关，仪表上绿灯不亮，工作室内不升温，电流表不动作。

① 检查仪表显示温度是否高于设定温度。

② 仪表显示无限大，是传感器未接牢固，或更换传感器。

2、 打开电源开关，仪表工作正常，但电流表不动作。

① 是加热器或负载接线断路，应检查维修或更换。

3、 仪表显示温度高出设定值很多，而且一直不降，或关掉电源开关也继续加热。

① 是控制器内部执行器件，或控温仪坏应及时更换。

Ⅵ、Troubles Shooting

1、 Turn on, if the green lights do not flash, no heating-up occurs in the workshop, and the ammeter fails to act, then:

① Check whether the temperature shown on the apparatuses turns higher than set value.

② Infinity is indicated on the apparatuses for not firmly connected transducer which may be changed.

2、 Turn on, if the apparatuses are in working order but the ammeter fails to act, then:

① There is a break on heater or load circuits which require maintenance overhaul or renewal.

3、 If the temperature shown on the apparatuses turns far much higher than set value, and tends not to decrease, or if heating continues after power-off, then:

① There is a fault with internal activating parts of the controller or with the temperature controller which shall be changed promptly.
