图拉扬发布SCS采后应用研究文献汇总(2015-2019部分)

乙烯是一种调节生长、发育和衰老的植物激素.所有的果实在发育期间都会产生微量乙烯,在果实未成熟时乙烯含量很低,在果实进入成熟时会出现乙烯高峰,与此同时果实内部的淀粉含量下降,可溶性糖含量上升,有色物质和水溶性果胶含量增加,果实硬度和叶绿素含量增中,果实*的色香味出现,采用相应的措施才能够延续果实的后熟,延长果实的贮藏寿命.乙烯也可以催熟别的水果,把青苹果和熟苹果放一起青苹果就很容易熟,就因为熟苹果释放出乙烯催熟青苹果.

其便携性已被果蔬采后科研工作者用于1-MCP、DCA、气调保鲜等研究
