PSGA-101A是一种偏振测量仪器,可测量光的所有偏振相关特性,包括SOP,DOP,DGD,SOPMD,PDL和PER。
产品描述
PSGA-101A系统由3个主要部分组成:可调谐激光器,可生成通常用于测量的6种基本偏振态的偏振态发生器(PSG),以及执行偏振测量的偏振态分析仪(PSA)。PSG和PSA基于获得专li的磁光偏振产生和分析技术,能够极其精确地测量偏振相关损耗(PDL)和偏振模色散(PMD)与波长的关系。此外,PSGA-101A还可以执行其他测量,例如偏振状态(SOP)和偏振度(DOP)监视,偏振消光比(PER)测量,设备或组件的Mueller矩阵测量以及纺丝纤维中的双折射测量。
3个组件模块可以单独使用,也可以组合使用以进行不同的测量。内部C波段可调激光器能够测量高达10 ps的PMD,但PSGA也可以与外部激光器一起使用,以测量更大的PMD值。
