E-201-9型复合电极使用说明
I. Application用途
Model E-201-9 electrode is combined by glass electrode and reference electrode for measuring Ph value in water. It is widely used in chemical light industry, pharmaceutical industry, dye-works and scientific institute where pH value needs measuring.
本电极是玻璃电极和参比电极组合在一起的复合电极,用于测量水溶液的pH值。它广泛应用于化轻工业、制药工业、染色工业和科研机构中需要检测水溶液PH值的场合。
II. Specification 规格
1. Measuring range测量范围: 0-14 pH
2. Measuring temperature测量温度: 0-60℃
3. Zero potential零电位: 7±0.5pH(25℃)
4. Slope斜率: (PTS)≥98.5%(25℃)
5. Internal resistance内电阻:≤250MΩ(25℃)
6. Alkali error碱误差 : 0.2pH(1M Na+ pH14) (25℃)
7. Response time响应时间: towards 95% equilibrium value, less than 1 sec./对于 95%均衡值,少于1秒。
III. Operation and maintenance使用和维护
1. Before measuring, electrode must be calibrated with standard buffer solution.
测量前,电极必须用标准缓冲液校准。
2. Sensitive glass bubble is not allowed to touch with hard substances. Electrode wills no effective if any rubbing is made.
敏感玻璃球泡不要与硬物接触,任何破损和擦毛都会使电极失效。
3. When measurement finished, put electrode in the cap, this has a bit of KCL solution in it.
完成测量后,应将电极保护帽套上,帽内应放少量氯化钾溶液。
4. Outer reference solution of combination electrode is 3 mol/L KCL solutions (Mix 20ml distilled water with 3 mol/L KCL). Solution can be poured from small hole under the cap.
复合电极的外参比补充液为3 mol/1 KCL (20ml蒸馏水和3 mol/L KCL混合),补充液可从上端小孔加入。
5. Plug of electrode must be kept clean and dry. Short circuit of two ends of the plug is prohibited.
电极的插头必须保持清洁和干燥,防止输出端两端短路。
6. Electrode should be matched with pH meter that has high input impedance(≥1012Ω)
电极应与高输入阻抗(≥1012Ω)的pH计配套。
7. Electrode mustn’t be dipped in distilled water, protein solution or acid fluoride solution for long time. It mustn’t’ touch with organic silicon grease.
电极避免长期浸在蒸馏水、蛋白质、酸性氟化物溶液中,并防止和有机硅油脂接触。
8. If slope drops, dip sensitive bubble of the electrode in 4% HF solution for 3-5 sec. clean with distilled water, dip in KCL solution to make it renew.
如果斜率下降,把电极敏感球泡端浸泡在4%HF(氢氟酸)中3-5秒,用蒸馏水洗净,浸泡在KCL溶液中使之复新。
9. If bubble is contaminated or liquid junction is blocked, sensitivity of electrode will be influenced. Clean with proper detergent.
被球泡受污染或液接界堵塞,电极灵敏度会受影响,此时应用适当清洁剂清洗。
